Photonics Industries continues to push the limits of high pulse energy green Nd:YLF based lasers.
(Bohemia, NY May 3, 2007) Photonics Industries' Nd:YLF DM Series of diode-pumped Q-switched Green lasers continues to lead the industry by delivering the highest efficiency, HIGHEST PULSE ENERGY (up to 60mJ) at high repetition rates (in the kHz range) in its class. The DM Series laser's uniform beam distribution is ideal for many applications such as: Pumping of Ti:Sapphire, Femtosecond, and Dye Lasers, as well as, High Speed Imaging, such as Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), and much more. This high pulse energy is available from a patented single pump chamber in a single resonator head! Other competitors can only achieve such pulse energies from multiple pump chambers in the resonator head. Photonics Industries was the first manufacturer to introduce lamp-pumped, intra-cavity doubled, Q-switched Nd:YLF lasers that produced pulse energy of over 20 mJ at 1 kHz, in1993. By utilizing our proprietary pump design and intra-cavity harmonic generation technologies, Photonics Industries' DM Series offers the best performing diode pumped Green lasers with proven long-term field reliability in a compact, "hands-free" system that is commercially available.
