Photonics Industries ships the first of a new line of high power laser

Photonics Industries International, Inc. (Bohemia, NY) has shipped to its customer in the US the first of several 120W 1064nm TEM₀₀ (M²<1.1) laser from our new PA line of high power lasers.

In addition to the new PA line of TEM₀₀ lasers, Photonics Industries also announces an extension of its high power multimode DM series.

For the PA series, up to 150W in the IR (1064nm) can be converted to over 100W in the green (532 nm) or 40W UV (355nm) or 10W DUV (266nm), while still maintaining the TEM₀₀ mode quality by utilizing Photonics Industries’ new patented external cavity harmonic generation techniques. The repetition rate can be varied from single shot to 150kHz. In addition, there is a narrow linewidth option whereby all this TEM₀₀ power can be confined into a narrow 1.5GHz linewidth, or Single Longitudinal Mode(SLM).

Photonics Industries also has extended its high power multimode DM series to up to 400W in the IR (1064nm) or green (532nm) up to 150W. These high power lasers are available Q-switched pulsed up to 50 kHz. Typical application applications include: ITO and TO Ablation in flat panel display manufacturing, Solar Cell Scribing, Annealing, and Flexible PCB processing.
