(Bohemia, NY, Sept 28, 2009) In order to better serve its growing imbedded base of laser customers in Asia, Photonics Industries International, Inc. of Bohemia New York has recently formed a new branch office, Photonics Industries Korea Branch, or PIK in Korea.

PIK was formed to provide sales and local product support/service capabilities in Korea to complement our previously established wholly owned subsidiary, Photonics Industries Japan Co. Ltd. in Japan.

Concurrently, Photonics Industries has recently appointed Unice E-O Services Inc as its exclusive rep/distributor of its Diode Pumped Solid State lasers in Taiwan. Conveniently located in the Chung-Li Industrial Park, near Taipei, Unice E-O Services Inc is well equipped to serve the growing Taiwanese laser market.
