Photonics Industries pico-second Regenerative Amplifier series (RG) of diode pumped solid state lasers have 10-15 ps nominal pulse widths and average power of 1 to 5 W. The DUV versions of the RG series operating at 266 nm comes in 2 different models, both at 3 W but one has high repetition rate between 0 to 100 kHz and the other has a low repetition rate between 0 and 10 kHz.
