Ronkonkoma – July 14, 2025:
Photonics Industries International Inc., the global leader in diode-pumped ultrafast laser technology, proudly introduces the FS-1030-200, the newest flagship in its FS Series of femtosecond lasers. This model delivers up to 200W of average power and over 1.5 mJ of single-pulse energy at 1030 nm, packaged in a compact, all-in-one, water-cooled housing designed for industrial integration.

“Our European customers have been searching for a reliable, high-energy femtosecond solution that fits seamlessly into their existing platforms,” said Hans Taylor, EMEA Managing Director. “The FS-1030-200 checks all the boxes for performance, size, and stability. We believe this will be a game-changer for precision laser processing in Europe’s most demanding manufacturing environments.”

Engineered for both high-throughput manufacturing and cutting-edge R&D, the FS-1030-200 combines sub-500 fs pulse widths with repetition rates up to 2 MHz. It enables next-level performance in precision micromachining, including polymer drilling, thin film removal, transparent material processing, and semiconductor structuring.

With a true Gaussian TEM00 beam (M² < 1.3), digitally controlled Burst Mode, and robust PEC and PSO features, the FS Series empowers integrators to achieve clean, repeatable results across a wide range of advanced applications. Its monolithic AIO design offers a significantly smaller footprint compared to traditional ultrafast sources, simplifying installation and reducing system complexity.

“Our FS Series was created to solve the demand for high power, high energy femtosecond lasers that are truly compact and integration-ready,” said Dr. Yusong Yin, CEO and President. “With the FS-1030-200, we’re providing system builders with the tools to push boundaries in speed, quality, and reliability for next-generation micromachining.”

In addition to the 1030 nm infrared model, the FS Series is also available at 515 nm (green) with up to 100W average power and 343 nm (UV) with up to 60W. These harmonic options share the same industrially optimized form factor, making them ideal for multi-wavelength processing platforms in sectors such as medical device manufacturing, microelectronics, and quantum technology.

Whether you’re developing thin film solar cells, cutting polymers, or fabricating medical implants, the FS Series delivers unmatched precision, stability, and throughput for the most demanding ultrafast laser applications.
