Photonics Industries International Inc., a global leader in diode-pumped solid-state laser technology, proudly announces the release of its most powerful picosecond laser to date, the RX-1064-300, delivering an unmatched combination of ultra-high pulse energy and 300W average power at 1064nm for demanding industrial micromachining applications.

Building upon the proven success of over 1,300 RX Series units deployed worldwide, the RX-1064-300 sets a new industry benchmark with pulse energies exceeding 1mJ at 300kHz and sub-10 picosecond pulse widths. This next-generation platform is purpose-built for high-throughput, precision-driven tasks including ceramic drilling, dicing, glass cutting, black marking on stainless steel, deep engraving, and micromachining of hard and brittle materials.

With a clean, Gaussian True TEM00 beam (M² < 1.3) and digitally controlled MHz Burst Mode options, the RX-1064-300 offers enhanced flexibility and surface quality across a wide range of materials and processing regimes. The integrated water-cooled AIO (All-In-One) design minimizes footprint by 75% compared to traditional fiber laser systems, allowing for easy drop-in upgrades in industrial environments.

“Our customers are looking for compact, reliable, high-energy, high power picosecond lasers that deliver exceptional beam quality and consistent performance under production conditions,” said Dr. Yusong Yin, CEO and President. “With the RX-1064-300, we’re empowering integrators with a plug-and-play picosecond engine that outperforms fiber-based sources in both speed and precision, enabling next-gen innovation in advanced manufacturing.”

Additional integration features such as Dynamic Pulse Energy Control (PEC), Position Synchronized Output (PSO) and Burst Mode operation ensure optimal results in motion-controlled environments, giving system integrators the real-time adaptability required for today’s high-precision manufacturing lines.

Also available in a 150W @ 532nm green configuration within the same form factor, the RX Series continues to push the envelope in compact ultrafast laser performance. From semiconductor processing to medical device fabrication, the RX-1064-300 redefines what’s possible with picosecond laser technology.
