DP MAX Series
High Pulse Energy Nanosecond Lasers
The DP MAX Series is a compact, diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) nanosecond laser platform engineered for OEM systems that require high pulse energy, long-term reliability, and a small integration footprint.
At the core of the platform are two high-energy configurations designed to cover a wide range of industrial and scientific use cases:
-
DPM-200-100 delivers up to 200 mJ at 100 Hz, with repetition-rate options up to 400 Hz at 1064 nm
-
DPM-3000-10 delivers up to 3 J at 10 Hz, or 1 J at 30 Hz at 1064 nm
Together, these configurations address applications that demand stable, repeatable nanosecond pulses without the size, thermal load, or maintenance burden of traditional lamp-pumped lasers.
Designed Around DPSS Reliability
DP MAX is fully diode pulse-pumped, eliminating pulse lamps and the performance drift, downtime, and service intervals associated with legacy architectures.
-
Diode lifetimes exceeding 10 billion pulses
-
Stable pulse energy and beam characteristics over long operating periods
-
Lower maintenance requirements and predictable system behavior
-
Reduced long-term cost of ownership for OEM tools
This DPSS architecture enables consistent output that holds alignment and performance in production and research environments.
Compact, Monolithic Laser Head
Unlike scaled-down lamp-pumped designs, DP MAX was developed as a compact, monolithic platform from the start.
-
Fully sealed industrial laser head
-
Short optical path for mechanical and thermal stability
-
Smaller footprint and lower mass than comparable high-energy systems
-
Detachable umbilical for simplified OEM integration
The result is high pulse energy in a form factor that integrates cleanly into space-constrained tools.
Efficient Operation, Lower Thermal Load
With wall-plug efficiency up to 10%, DP MAX generates significantly less waste heat than lamp-pumped alternatives.
-
Lower cooling requirements
-
Improved thermal stability
-
Reduced stress on optical components
-
More predictable performance over long run times
This efficiency directly supports better pulse-to-pulse stability and pointing performance.
Output Stability & Control
-
